MetaFix™ TTF Tibio Talus Fusion arthrodesis plate
The MetaFix™ TTF Plate is an arthrodesis plate for the upper ankle
which is characterized by its high primary stability. This is achieved
by the combination of two intersecting 6.5 mm Merete® Cannulated HCS
screws and the ventrally attached MetaFix™ TTF plate. This type of
arthrodesis stands out for a technically less demanding procedure with
a small anterior approach. The system is made of a titanium alloy
(TiAl6V4 ELI, ISO 5832-3).
The MetaFix™ TTF Plate plate was developed in collaboration with Dr. Blackney,
Park Clinic Orthopaedics, Melbourne Australia.
